How long will it take to get my order?

We work 24/7 to ship your order as fast as possible. Orders will be scheduled for delivery within 5 days.

 

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you're not home, our drivers will leave it at your door or with your door man.

If you prefer other arrangements, kindly leave us a note when you check out your cart.

 

Can I track my orders?

Yes, do reach out to us and we will assist you promptly.

 

I haven’t received my orders. What happens next?

In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, do reach out to us and we will assist you promptly.

For late notice of order amendments, cancellation or postponement by customer or nobody at home on the day of delivery,

an admin fee of $10 will be imposed for re-delivery.

 

How do I make a purchase?

Simply click on CHECKOUT button in your cart if you're not logged in. We would recommend you to create an account if you are a new customer, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

 

What are the modes of payment?

Credit card, debit card and Paypal. You may also Facebook Private Message (PM) or call 8779 0307 to make orders payable by cash or bank transfer.
